রেশন দুর্নীতির জন্য বিভিন্ন সময়ে ” মহামান্য কলিকাতা হাইকোর্ট” এ যে আবেদন/ case করা হয়েছে তার case No গুলি দেওয়া হলো :
অভিযোগ:
১. ২০০৭ – ২০০৮ সালে রেশন না দেওয়া!
২. ২০১৭- সালে জানুয়ারি থেকে জুলাই পর্যন্ত, পুরনো কার্ডে, রেশন না দেওয়া!
৩. আপনাদের আবেদন আমি ও আমার সহযোগী গন ” মহামান্য উচ্চ আদালতে আপিল করায়, আমাদের খুন করার জন্য, তুলে নিয়ে গিযেছিলেন, এই জতিপ্রিও মল্লিক ও রেশন ডিলিয়ার গন ! কোনো ফির পুলিশ করেনি! তার জন্যে মহামান্য কলিকাতা উচচ আদালতে আবেদন করা হয়েছিল!

In various districts of West Bengal, some unscrupulous class of people are enjoying various government opportunities, benefits and subsidies by creating Schedule Cast Certificate and Schedule Tribe Certificate under different fake names for their own benefit. Like Staiphen, they are also enjoying privileges like reservations , government jobs. But they do not actually belong to Schedule Castes or Schedule Tribes.

এই বিষয় টির আইনি পদক্ষেপ এর জন্য বিগত ইংরাজি তারিখ – 03-07-2023, একটি আবেদন পত্র রাজ্য এবং কেন্দ্র সরকারের বিভিন্ন দপ্তরে পাঠানো হয়।

উক্ত আবেদনের ভিত্তিতে গত 16-08-2023 তারিখে,এবং 10-09-2023 , পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের তরফ থেকে জানানো হয় যে, স্টেট ভিজিলেন্স কমিশন ও প্রতিটি ডিস্ট্রিক্ট ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট এই বিষয় টি নিয়ে তদন্ত করছেন।

আজ সংবাদ মাধ্যমে দেখলাম পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার, তথা মুখ্যমন্ত্রী প্রকাশ করলেন 25,000 এবং 1,50,000 ( ১লাখ ৫০হাজার) নকল তফসিলি জাতি ও উপজাতি কার্ড হোল্ডার ধরা পড়েছে !

এখনো তদন্ত চলছে ! আর কোন কোন দপ্তরে কত পরিমাণ আছে সেটা তদন্ত সাপেক্ষ ।আনুমানিক 25% নকল কার্ড বাজেয়াপ্ত হবে বলে অনুমান। সম্পূর্ণ তফসিলি জাতি ও উপজাতি শ্রেণীর উপর।
আমি আশা করছি ১কোটি থেকে ১.৫০ কোটি কার্ড বাতিল হবে।

আর এই কার্ড বানিয়ে যে সকল পুরুষ /মহিলা সরকারি চাকরি করছেন,তাদের পদ থেকে বিতাড়িত করতে হবে।

এছাড়া বহু জনপ্রতিনিধি আছেন যারা ভুয়ো কার্ড বানিয়ে পদ অধিগ্রহণ করে আছে,তাদের বিরুদ্ধে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে।

অনেকে বিভিন্ন সরকারি দপ্তরে Chairman/ Vice – Chairman/ President/ Vice – President/ Board Members আছেন তাদের বিরুদ্ধে পদক্ষেপ না নিলে, আমাদের এনজিও র পক্ষ থেকে F.I.R করতে বাধ্য হব।

About us

B. G. S. @ Bahumuki Gramunnayan Samity is a registered voluntary organization, registered under Societies Registration Act, 1961 in the year December 2000. The organization is involved to initiate different activities to solve the multi faced problems of the project area.

The major goal of this organization is to stop eradication of trafficking of human being, Anti – trafficking Awareness Programme, Restoration of victim girls and justice for them, Prevention of Child Marriage, Prevention of Dowry during marriage, Abolition of Child Labour from the very beginning with care North Bengal Development Programme, Sundarban island Development Programmed and Ganga Sagar Mella Programme.

As because, if – man makes man a commodity – this height of vile cannot be changed then how can other kinds of developments travel in their usual pace ? They cannot. And that’s why it makes B.G.S. think all the more about the inevitability of standing in protest against the children-women trafficking which is a part and parcel of all India child & woman rescue forum since 2000-2001 keeping in view the following board objectives:
